Long-term rental is the most stable way to rent out a property — predictable monthly income, long-term tenants and minimal involvement from you.
Flat Manager handles the full coordination — from finding vetted tenants and collecting rent, through utility control, to maintenance and accounting. You receive your money on time, every month.
Long-term rental management
Flat Manager takes over the complete management of long-term rental properties, transforming them into serviced apartments. This allows you to maximise the rental price of your property. The management commission is 10% of the monthly rent, but no less than EUR 60 incl. VAT per month, payable only when the property is tenanted.
